Smile and the world smiles with you!
Okay okay – it doesn’t sound like rocket science… and it’s NOT.
But sometimes the very best tips to help you feel really terrific about yourself and the world are not only the simplest but the ones we forget most often.
So, for the week commencing 5 October – we’re going to SMILE at EVERYBODY.
Yes, everybody – without exception! People we love, people we don’t know, people we drive past, people who look through us, people who help us in shops, people who are cross with us… I could go on but I think you get the message :-) EVERYBODY!
